Why A Sukah Cannot be Taller Than 20 Cubits

DATE AND LOCATION
Tishrei 20, 5766 | October 22, 2005 in the Kitov Family Sukah, Jerusalem
SUMMARY
The Talmud cites three differing opinions on the reason that a sukah cannot be taller than 20 cubits. These three reasons are explained to correspond to the three of the Four Species that are bound together (lulav, hadad, and aravah). Deeper analysis of the Talmud passage reveals an implicit fourth reason, which corresponds to the etrog.
