The Creator of the world gave the entire Land of Israel to the Nation of Israel as an everlasting inheritance, as is written in the Torah.
Over 50 (Jubilee) years ago, God gave us Israel’s heartland, which includes the Temple Mount, Shechem, Hebron, Gaza and Jericho.
We must keep all the tracts of land in our possession in a trilateral bond:
- Appreciation to God for the wondrous gift that He has given us: “A good, desirable and broad Land.”
- Abiding by the Torah that says that surrendering to the enemy constitutes a life-threatening danger for the entire society.
- Recognition of the holiness of the Land of Israel, which suits the Nation of Israel as a bride suits her groom.
No person can or is permitted to surrender parts of the Land of Israel. The very talk of such surrender is dangerous, as the Lubavitcher Rebbe warned.
Annexation of parts of the Land of Israel is a correct and positive act, when it is the first step toward full annexation and sovereignty over the entire Land.
The recognition by the nations of the world of our right to the Land given us by God is a great merit for them. The more resolute we are about our right to this Land, the more that the nations of the world will recognize it. “Then the nations will say, God has done great things with them.”
